IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Sen Jewelry, all items are crafted after successful placement of your order. You will receive a confirmation email from us after the transaction is successfully processed. Please allow 10 business days for your selected item(s) to be crafted prior to shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information from us. Allow 3 business days for the package to reach your destination. Business days are Mondays-Fridays, excluding federal holidays within the United States. You may track your order at any time by visiting our web page, "Track My Order", and complete the form or "Log In" to your Account with Sen Jewelry.


NOTE: All orders REQUIRE a signature for delivery. Use the FedEx tracking number you receive in our confirmation email to track shipments through www.fedex.com. If you did not receive your shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our customer care team at cs@senjewelry.com and add our email address to your email address book to avoid our responses falling into your spam box. Be sure to include your Order ID number to help us expedite the process.

We offer FREE 3 business day shipping on all domestic orders via Federal Express. We ship only to physical addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additional charges, upon check out, apply for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please be advised that we do not ship to internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to U.S. Territories at this time. U.S. Territories are: American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All orders must be returned within 30 days, from date of shipment, for refund, All refunds are subject to approval of Sen Jewelry’s Quality Assurance inspection, and a $35.00 restocking fee will apply. Any return after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.

Returned items must be in the exact condition as they were received. Please note that any return showing signs of wear, engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.

All returns will be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Our Quality Assurance team will verify the condition of the return item and either accept or reject the return based on the condition of the item. Return confirmation or rejection will be communicated via email.

Refunds are issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase, through PayPal. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES

We are not able to accept any exchanges at this time.

RETURN OF DAMAGE ITEMS

Damaged items are items damaged upon your receipt. All damaged returns must be made within 30 days from date of shipment or your return will not be accepted. Please follow the “How to Return An Order” procedure below for all returns.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

1. Request for Return and Obtain Authorization Code from Sen Jewelry: Submit your request for return in writing via email to cs@senjewelry.com. Include in your email your Order ID# and reason for return. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a Return Authorization Code from our Customer Care team. NOTE: Returns without Sen Jewelry’s Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item in the original jewelry box in which it came in. Using the original package you received for your order, enclose the jewelry box, including all accompanying materials such as the packing slip and documentation. Double box the package using either FedEx or UPS’ box/package, write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the package you are returning, and seal it tightly. Do not write jewelry, diamonds, gold, silver or other related words describing the content in the box anywhere on the package for security reasons. Sen Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

3. Ship Your Return: Depending on your choice of carrier, FedEx or UPS, ship your package at a staffed FedEx or UPS location and obtain a receipt for your shipment. Do NOT drop off your package at a non-staff location. For your security, please ship your return fully insured, and direct signature required. Sen Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment.

OUR REFUND PROCEDURE

Please allow 7-10 business days for Sen Jewelry to process your return and refund you through PayPal. NOTE: $35.00 restocking fee applies to all returns.

1. Upon receipt of your return item, our Quality Assurance team will verify the condition of the return item and either accept or reject based on the condition of the item. Please note that any returns showing signs of wear, engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted.

2. Once the item is inspected and accepted, we will process your refund. Refunds, minus a restocking fee of $35.00, are issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase, through PayPal. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. An email confirmation will be sent to you.

3. If our Quality Assurance team verifies that the item return is not acceptable due to its condition, we will notify you via email and ship the item to you following the inspection via FedEx 3-day.
